1. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old to access Tattlr’s adult romantic features. You may be required to complete age verification before those features are unlocked.
2. AI characters
Tattlr companions are fictional AI characters. They are not human, conscious, licensed professionals, therapists, physicians, attorneys, financial advisers, or emergency services.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use Tattlr to create or sexualize minors or ambiguous-age characters, facilitate exploitation, abuse the service, bypass access controls, violate applicable law, or interfere with platform security.
4. User content
You are responsible for the information and prompts you submit. You grant Tattlr the limited rights necessary to process that content to provide, secure, improve, and operate the service, subject to the Privacy Policy.
5. Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans may renew automatically until canceled. Final billing cadence, refund terms, trials, taxes, and platform-specific purchase rules will be disclosed at checkout and incorporated into these Terms before production launch.
6. Safety limitations
Tattlr is not designed as a substitute for professional mental-health care, medical care, crisis services, or emergency response. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis resource.
7. Availability
Features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued as Tattlr evolves. Preview features may be incomplete and should not be treated as production guarantees.
8. Account enforcement
We may restrict or terminate access for violations of these Terms, fraud, abuse, safety risks, legal obligations, or attempts to circumvent age and security controls.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Final warranty disclaimers, liability limits, dispute procedures, governing law, and arbitration terms must be reviewed and finalized before production launch based on the company’s legal entity and target jurisdictions.
