Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscriptions and billing
Tattlr offers paid subscription plans billed on a recurring basis (monthly or as disclosed at checkout). Paid access unlocks features such as additional messages, saved memories, Story Mode, voice features, and Power Dynamic options, depending on the plan you select.
2. Automatic renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until you cancel. The renewal price and billing cadence shown at checkout apply. Applicable taxes may be added based on your billing location.
3. Canceling your subscription
You can cancel at any time from your account settings or through the store where you purchased (web, iOS, or Android). Cancellation stops the next renewal — you keep access to your paid features until the end of the current billing period.
4. Refund eligibility
Because Tattlr is a digital subscription consumed immediately upon access, payments are generally non-refundable. Refunds may be considered for accidental or duplicate charges, or where required by the platform or applicable law in your region. Requests must be submitted through the contact channel on gettattlr.com within a reasonable period of the charge.
5. Platform store policies
Purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play are governed by those platforms' own subscription and refund policies. Tattlr cannot override or issue refunds for charges controlled by a third-party store.
6. Account enforcement
If access is restricted or terminated due to a safety violation, abuse, or breach of the Terms of Service, no refund is owed for the current or any prior billing period.
